It is an awesome trail to the Upper Palisades lake. It has many rocks and roots on the way there. The trail sometimes gets pretty narrow. Beautiful Upper lake, good lower lake, but absolutely stunning upper lake. Rocky roads, so shoe up your horses. Maintained trails, nothing across them.

Love Palisades Creek Campground, my only complaint is the Fee Structure, $20 for a single $10 with senior pass is good but the $40 per night for a Double and cannot use Senior Passes is out of line, both parties were seniors, and had to pay the full $40 per night, why ? It doesn’t seem right for the senior discount not being allowed.

I absolutely love this campground. I love that it doesn't have many camp areas and feels secluded. Very beautiful place!

We absolutely love this place! So peaceful and relaxing. The host Regina is awesome! Very clean restrooms and campsites are very clean. We love the fact that four wheelers aren't revving through there. Perfect for us old folks haha.
