The camp host, who is very nice and super helpful, recommended that I even drive below the posted speed limit of 10 mph. 5 would be about perfect, if not even slower than that.

This place was out of the way, and you have to drive on some gravel road, which isn't that bad. You end up in this small, quiet, peaceful place. The hosts at the entrance were very nice and informative. We thank you guys for everything. Definitely recommend this place if your the type looking for basically an off grid camping spot. Bring your headlamps/flashlights and don't bother trying to use your devices there is no signal here which is great. A few people had generators. It's roughly half an hour from Apgar, which is where you can grab all you need and have some peaceful lake time on Mckenzie Lake Fabulous place
