The management is superb! Super nice, easy to talk to and amazingly understanding! We had no reservation when we showed up and luckily they had a spot for us. Spacious and peaceful. We felt comfortable and welcome. Wonderful atmosphere. You would not be disappointed staying here.

4 RVs traveling together. The sites were excellent - good hookups and level. The hosts are among the best we have met. We asked for a place to play our board games together - they made special accommodations. They also allowed us to wash our RV which was much needed and we appreciated the ability to wash. Everything about this RV park is excellent, hence the 5 star rating.

If it was possible to rate Moore’s RV Park & Campground 6 Stars I would. We’ve been full time RVers for the last 7 years. We were in the area for a temporary job and thoroughly researched the area. Moore’s is by far the nicest RV park/campground within hours. I work over at Shiprock and drive by a dozen RV parks that are much closer and still I prefer this location. The lots are spacious.... Moore’s is by far the nicest RV park/campground within hours. I work over at Shiprock and drive by a dozen RV parks that are much closer and still I prefer this location. The lots are spacious. A pool in the summer. Clean restrooms and laundry. And they are currently upgrading the park with improvements. Most people there are working in the area. But the best thing about the park is the staff. They are incredibly nice and accommodating. If staying in the area, there is no better park. Farmington is not that far away if into off-roading. Choke Cherry Canyon is a Meca for serious off-roaders. There is also a reservoir close by if into water sports.

The perfect place to stop after a very long drive. We were moving cross country and stopped here at a cabin overnight with our U-Haul trailer and our pets. Parking was good, and it was extremely quiet and the facilities were nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

We visited this past September. It's quiet (~1 mile from interstate), with wide roads, and wide level, mostly pull through sites. Many have shade trees. They were in the process of adding 14 more sites. The connection site for the sewer hose is recessed on existing sites, which makes it impossible to screw in the hose adapter; advised them to correct that issue for the new sites. Restrooms are very clean (usually cleaned mid-afternoon - would be helpful if a dedicated time was posted). Have low water pressure - need to hold the handle down for the toilets to flush effectively. One toilet in ladies room is out of order and two showers in the men's room were out of order. Not sure how long this has been an issue, but I get the impression it's been a while. Only one of the doors on the bathroom stalls in the ladies room locked. When I told them about it, they fixed it within 5 minutes. There was a major pipe leak one day. So, there staff knocked on everyone's door and informed that about what was happening. They brought in an outside contractor who fixed the problem that same day. Normally, I ho to a laundromat to do our laundry. But their laundry room was very clean and had very reasonable rates. There are a lot of long-term or permanent residents in this park that tend to do their laundry after dinner. Therefore, I recommend you do your laundry earlier if possible. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. We were enroute to this campground when we received a call about our reservation. We requested a specific site. Apparently, the person staying in the site was supposed to leave the day of our arrival, but requested an additional day. His first name happened to be the same as my husband's, ergo they agreed to his request. They informed us about the mix up and apologized profusely. They only charged us for one night and allowed us to pick a site of our choice was better than our original choice. They have WiFi boosters throughout the park, but there were times it was difficult to send email messages with pictures. During those times, I sat inside the office building or on the bench outside and didn't have any issues. I'll admit this campground isn't perfect, but I have yet to stay at one that is. But I think they are really working hard to improve things. They listened and seemed to take our recommendations seriously. But in the end the owner has to be willing to spend money to make money.
