Nice enough place. Well appointed and maintained. The drawbacks for us were that they changed our site from a pull through to a back in and didn't notify us in advance and the train. The train isn't real close but if you're a light sleeper it could disturb you.

This place is a joke. It’s plugged into the power, so lucky to run your lights without blowing their breaks. It says monthly spots are available, so book now, but you’ll find out she messed up and you can’t stay more than a couple of days. You’re better off paying a little more and going down the road.

We limped into this beautiful RV park with a camper and broken down truck. They welcomed us and our dog for however long we needed. We were able to rent a car to finish trip to OR to see grandkids and get back for a couple nights in Mtn Home. We were beyond fortunate to find such a clean, safe place to be with a great dog play yard. If our paths ever lead us to Mtn Home again we'll be at Gem Stat... Small, clean, friendly RV park. Full hook ups and shade. Surrounded by a small neighborhood and an industrial park. Nice for a quick stay or if you’re branching out to Boise.
