Location is excellent, price is great (considering how expensive everything is these days). However, our room (105) was... not in good condition. The carpet was badly stained throughout the entire room, and the room had an earwig infestation (they were everywhere - ceiling, floor...i had one crawling up my leg when i put my sock on in the morning). Sheets and towels were clean. No bed bugs, thankf... Location is excellent, price is great (considering how expensive everything is these days). However, our room (105) was... not in good condition. Sheets and towels were clean. No bed bugs, thankfully. Room smelled a bit like stale cigarette smoke, though it was non-smoking. Walkability excellent. Grateful for the cheap stay, but I'm giving an accurate review of the particular room we were in. I'll spare you the photos.

Clean, basic motel. Wi-Fi works OK in room 102 but it's weak and unreliable in 109. Most of the electrical outlets in room 102 are so worn that plugs fall out, and we had to charge devices in bathroom. T-Mobile service seems to be unavailable even though a cell tower is visible across the street.

The price is right, the motel is very convenient to downtown and all necessary amenities, rooms are CLEAN and you cannot beat the staff! I left a couple Chargers in the room and they had no problem mailing them back to me! They also allowed me to change rooms when I was next door to a baby and needed some quiet for my cat! They are very pet friendly and I highly recommend this Motel. I went up the... The rooms were quaint, but nice. Had a 4pm check-in for our group and the last one wasn't ready until well after 5. The entire area smelled like there was a grow room next door. Not such a good spot for a sober living group to stay.

The room was clean and slightly larger than anticipated. The receptionist and housekeeping were very friendly and welcoming.
