We stayed in this RV park for about 6 months, nice, quiet, and very good/low price! (if you can get in-we waited for a couple months) they do prefer retirement age, but will accept younger, as we were in our mid/late 20's, as long as you are respectful and can prove it over the phone/in person. Our spot was kind of small, but got over it easily for the price and nice park!

This is a retirement RV park. Very quiet and well maintained. Management is very strict, but if you follow the rules no problem at all. Would have given it five stars had it had grass beside the RV area. Pads are very level and water pressure is very nice.

This was a great place to stay. Quiet with friendly people. They hesitantly allowed us to stay a week with our two kids when we didn’t have a place to go. However we were told we were not allowed back at the park because we have two children. The manager must have something against children. The park website says nothing about children or being a 55+ Park. Most people are permanent residents it se... This was a great place to stay. Quiet with friendly people. Only a couple spots towards the front become available on a regular basis.

RV park...not hotel...main obstacle that is not fair....is there residents shower facilities are only open 9- 3, this does not help the residents who work till from 5am to 5pm or later and need a shower when they get off work, like my son who is in construction. $5.00 to use shower??? YIKES!!!

Well We More new rules. NOT A PET FRIENDLY PARK! Good luck if this is your coice... be sure to diaper your pets or dig deep into your pockets. Cutting this trip short. Propane and utilities too high.
