Great campsite. Fair price. Large level spots. Not much shade. There is trees planted and once they have time to grow should be better. Nice green grass and picnic tables.

One of the best! Offers no shade, however, all RV spots are paved with full hook-ups. The bath house was also clean and the grounds were well maintained. Close to shopping and restaurants. There is no pool. Don't hesitate, just go.

Camp host Carol and Virgil were amazing! Attentive to all our needs. Lawns were kept beautiful and campground was clean . This is a great park for big rigs as it was spacious with concrete pads and picnic tables. Sprinkler systems do come on FYI. Close proximity to everything and bike trails , lake excursions ,hiking nearby and plenty of restaurant and shopping options. Farmers market up the road... Camp host Carol and Virgil were amazing! Farmers market up the road on Saturdays . We also enjoyed watching the events that took place at fairgrounds the week of our stay we watched horse shows and dog shows. I highly recommend this place and ask Carol the hosts for anything to see and do nearby as she was so helpful.

Amazing county RV park. Paved (almost level) pads. Spotless bathrooms. The only reason i didn’t give them 5 stars is no play area for kiddies and no pool (which i knew ahead of time). The staff and camp hosts are SO friendly and helpful. This will be our new go-to whenever we pass through CDA!

Vacation trip with our RV... wasn't sure where we wanted to to really stay since camping has become more expensive every year.... was considering Blackwell Island RV resort but after reading reviews something didn't feel right and we have a small shorkie dog (didn't seem very pet friendly) ... our new 2024 Montana wasn't a problem for the age ... (some places have year restrictions now) but, also can't swallow places over $100 .. reading reviews for the fairgrounds were all good and thought we would give it a whirl... only 1 disappointing thing is that there isn't any shade although the trees planted are very young, it will be nice here in time with shade. Paved sites 50a available rest rooms and showers also..... if we come back to the area we would stay again. Our visit was 3 nights. Virgil and his wife were the hosts and were very friendly and hospitable.....Hope the review helps!
