Love this campground. Owners are amazing. Beautiful creek, great amenities. Best private campground I've ever been to. My only complaint (been here twice, was only issue 2nd trip) is that there was a HUGE group that stayed up very late, were very loud, and drove their 4 wheelers around the campground circle all day and well before and after quiet hours. Even had small kids on dirt bikes doing laps... Love this campground. Owners are amazing. Beautiful creek, great amenities. Best private campground I've ever been to. Even had small kids on dirt bikes doing laps. You have to sign an agreement about these kinds of things before booking, but didn't seem there was any enforcement happening. Maybe was just a fluke because our first visit same time of year was very quiet.

Best camp experience ever. The camp hosts are amazing people and very helpful. We wanted to take the paddle boards out and they gave us all the information needed on where to go, it was a GORGEOUS float. We had the group site which is not something ive ever heard of before and it was so fun to have the whole group all together in one area! It'll go down as one of my favorite camping trips, so rela... We had a great two-night stay in the Miners Cabin, which was plenty spacious. The camp is located about 20 minutes down a dirt road from I-90, but it wasn’t hard to find. The staff were fantastic—very friendly and willing to help with anything. They mentioned they knew of lots of great spots nearby for food, hiking, and sightseeing, though we didn’t take them up on that since we already had our o... The staff were fantastic—very friendly and willing to help with anything. They mentioned they knew of lots of great spots nearby for food, hiking, and sightseeing, though we didn’t take them up on that since we already had our own plans. As for the camp itself, it was fairly full and very clean. Just walking around, it felt like the kind of place where people come to meet up with friends and family and hang out for a week. There was a nice covered area with tables, string lights, and games like ping-pong and cornhole. The camp store was convenient too, with cheap firewood ($5 for a decent bundle) and $4 for a 10 lb bag of ice. There’s absolutely no cell service at the camp, which was kind of nice for unplugging. The facilities were spotless and well maintained. The main restroom was a vault toilet, but there were also some porta-potties. There was a potable water spigot near the two shower houses, which were clean and offered plenty of hot water. There’s a creek that runs through the camp, with general access for all guests. The campsites along the creek have direct access too. You won’t be swimming in it, but it’s a great spot to dip your feet and relax. Even though we didn’t spend a ton of time at the camp itself, it was a great experience and an awesome place overall.

Such a wonderful place. Yes, you have to drive 8 miles off I-90. 2 miles are paved, 4 miles of really nice dirt road and 2 miles of dirt road you need to pay attention to. I drove in with my 34' 5th wheel and everything went well. I stayed in site #3. The hosts, Jim and Sunshine and Dan and Terri are so welcoming. This is a real gem in N. Idaho.

Stayed last week in the Trappers cabin for 4 nights. Loved every minute. When I called and asked a 1000 questions. I didn't get the vibe that I was an inconvenience. The service let alone from Sunshine made me want to stay. And the amazing service continues with Terry and the husband's. Everyone so friendly. Tons of riding area and over flow parking.
