We were in site 126 which was a little tight for two tents. Sites are close to one another. Bathrooms need maintenance- 2 of the 3 woman’s stalls do not have locks at all (including the handicap stall). Definitely in need of some updating. Do not think I will be returning, but worked well enough for a quick and local camping trip over the holiday weekend.

Large park with lots of areas to drive and park for fishing, trails, and a boat rental. I’ve been camping numerous times throughout my life and love it. This campground was really great! Love that all the sites have grills attached to the fire pits, made it super convenient for cooking!! Our site also has enough room for games with our 6 person tent set up. It was very roomy even with our car parked. Overall we had a great time! Beautiful park and an overall good camping experience!

Nice Campground! I had an electric site and asked if I was allowed to charge my EV and they said sure! Not actually sure if this is the official policy as the Camp Host has never been asked before but it was nice to be able to charge! Lots of turkeys running around as well, so potentially fun or and issue of you have a dog

I haven't had such a good, peaceful and enjoyable camping experience in a really long time. I haven't had such a good, peaceful and enjoyable camping experience in a really long time. We stayed in a tent, part of a group of campers, some of who stayed in campers, some tents, and some converted buses. Some of us enjoyed a 7 mile hike, others concentrated on kayaking, and although it was quite chill by night, being twelve days before Halloween, the experience was truly memorable. One of our most exciting activities was a nightly kayak trip. Two days after full moon, and wind-silent, our photos resulted in unreal clarity and reflections. The staff at the store was friendly and helpful, but the ice ran out kind of quickly. That was the only little pity. The fact that they sell wood was a big bonus! The best characteristic about the park is it's silence. Early morning, and night time, greeted us with the peaceful sounds of nature. I could live there! We will be back, and if you are a camper/kayak trip lover, this is a great destination. It won't offer you rocky views and cascades, but relaxation, resting, and peace is abundant. Then I'm Summer, 2025, we took another trip there, and a great choice that was! For the photographic eye, there is so much opportunity, especially in the details that many miss. Again the camp store and concession store's staff were super friendly and helpful. We stayed 4 days this time, from Saturday to Tuesday, affording us a glimpse of the camp in full days and quiet days. The quiet ones were the most pleasing, as there was peace and restful time. We kayaked a lot, caught two fish(hahaha), and slept in our little two person tent. Money well spent! We left rested and blissfully restored for the rest of the year's work...
