Staff thanked me for coming to visit my aunt and uncle. The halls smelled clean. A public restroom was clean, though the paper towel roller was broken. A roll of towels were available.

Every person who works at Lakeside is so friendly, and they’re so positive and caring with our mom. We like that her room has a comfortable, cozy feel to it. We had some concerns when Mom first arrived, and they were addressed immediately and kindly - they were understanding and didn’t make us feel like we were being a nuisance. Everyone there is always eager to help and answer any questions we ha... Every person who works at Lakeside is so friendly, and they’re so positive and caring with our mom. We like that her room has a comfortable, cozy feel to it. We had some concerns when Mom first arrived, and they were addressed immediately and kindly - they were understanding and didn’t make us feel like we were being a nuisance. Everyone there is always eager to help and answer any questions we have.

This is a belated Thank you to ALL the Staff at Lakeside!! My Dad Jerry Tishler was there for 18 months. The care was Wonderful!! Everyone cared for, and cared about my Dad. I would recommend Lakeside to anyone!! We appreciate you so much. Susan Mathy, and The Tishler Family.

I want to start off by saying, no facility is perfect. Healthcare as a whole has changed dramatically. However I have to give credit to Lakeside Health and Rehab in Carlinville. My best friend moved to Carlinville Lakeside in March of 2025. June 20, 2025 I was able to take her home with me to continue her recovery. Lakeside gave he so much care and compassion. The staff went above and beyo... I want to start off by saying, no facility is perfect. Healthcare as a whole has changed dramatically. However I have to give credit to Lakeside Health and Rehab in Carlinville. My best friend moved to Carlinville Lakeside in March of 2025. June 20, 2025 I was able to take her home with me to continue her recovery. Lakeside gave he so much care and compassion. The staff went above and beyond. They have several amazing staff members but to name a few of her favorite Dakota C.N.A and Stephanie the nurse always were top of her list. Special thanks to Rachel in the business office. Hats off to the entire team. I can never thank you all enough
