One of my favorite places in the LBL to camp. Easy access to the water for fishing and boat ramp. Large grassy area for tent camping as well as a loop for RVers. Good cell phone reception (Verizon).

Camping here is peaceful and nice. The restroom is clean, but bring a light if you are there after dark.

A nice small quiet campground with a boat ramp. Only 6 spaces and 4 of them have either Long term or permanent campers on them. I really Dislike 👎 all of these extremely long term or permanent campers at Any campground. They have made it "Their" encampment. Almost like it's their town and their rules. A ranger NEEDS to monitor these campgrounds and Stop this from happening.

Family favorite campsite - however, we were there on Memorial weekend 2025 and watched four guys wandering around the campsites with flashlights. An unmarked van drove behind them. They even shone the flashlights into the car in which I was sitting. Yikes!

Beautiful place. The young local ranger was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The lady at the visitors center that issued my camping permit was super nice.
