Spent 7 days camping at Famous Eagle with two of my sons and our Scout troop. This is a very beautiful camp with much to offer everyone. The staff here did an excellent job at making us feel very welcome, as out of council guests. The dining hall architecture was incredible and served as a nice retreat from the heat during our stay.

I was here for a week with my daughter's scout troop for summer camp and we had a great time. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, everyone was provided with plenty of food in the dining hall, and several evening events kept the scouts having a good time. We look forward to coming again.

This is an excellent scout camp with many new facilities and activity areas. The grounds are well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. Waterfront activities offer swimming, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. Order of the Arrow is strongly encouraged. There are single person showers and the canvas tents have shallow wooden platforms with canvas cots. The merit bad... This is an excellent scout camp with many new facilities and activity areas. The grounds are well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. Waterfront activities offer swimming, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. Order of the Arrow is strongly encouraged. There are single person showers and the canvas tents have shallow wooden platforms with canvas cots. The merit badge address are well equipped with seating, tables and tents or small shacks for coverage. The dining hall was clean and in good order with the trading post in the same building. This location is a great experience for all scouts young and old!

A great place for boys and young men to learn some great skills and just have fun. This boy scout camp has hundreds of acres and a huge lake, plenty of wildlife, camping, swimming, hiking. You name it, if a boy can get excited about something, you can probably find it here. Live their summer camps, just an overall great pkace and great memories and experience.
