McCormick Place Lot B – Reliable Event Parking with Variable Pricing McCormick Place Lot B is a convenient and reliable parking option if you're attending an event at the convention center. It offers ample space, making it especially suitable for larger vehicles like trucks or vans. The location is easy to access and generally well-maintained. The only downside is the pricing. While it’s reasonable on regular days, rates can significantly increase during large-scale events, ranging anywhere from $27 to $40 per day. This surge pricing can be frustrating, so it’s best to plan ahead and be prepared for the cost. Overall, it’s a solid choice for event parking, particularly for those with larger vehicles—but be mindful of the potential for higher rates during major conventions.

This was an excellent choice to park an RV for a few nights and do sightseeing in downtown Chicago. The lot was one block from the bike trail and a quick Uber ride into downtown Chicago. The lot was clean and safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful with access issues entering and exiting the lot.

A reasonable option to park an RV in the city. We towed a car, so we were able to drive into the city to sight see, shop, and eat. The lot was quiet at night and we felt safe and secure.

We felt safe. There is a train station inside of McCormick and it has inexpensive roundtrip rides directly to downtown that are very clean and safe. It is however a pretty long walk from the parking lot to the entrance of the center. I still recommend parking there.
