It is a great location for a quick stop.

My husband stayed there for a couple months. During that time he had his propane tanks stolen and someone turned his water off and it froze at the hub. They did not fix it and left him without water in his camper for almost a month. When we spoke to them about it they tried blaming it on my husband. They say it is .22 per kw and it may be but 244 dollars a month for electricity when he basically only ate and slept there makes me suspicious. I would not recommend anyone stay there.

The site seems great but alas we had a couple problems. The women's bathroom/shower auto light did not work, we had to use flashlights to take a shower. That was very difficult. Apparently, it is a common occurrence as another camper knew about the problem. Also no toilet paper in the one stall. That doesn't seem bad, but when you only have a phone for light it makes it very hard. Aside from the issues above, the site was clean and large bathrooms with a bench and hooks for your stuff. Also a fenced dog park, small but adequate and lots of green grass. I hope they fix the issues as it would be a 5 star.

I would not recommend this place. Owner of the dogs could not control them. Spoke to the person who answers the phone and did not feel like it would be dealt with effectively, almost made it seem like I was making it up and/or we were the problem. We were following the rules and walking our dog on a leash.

After said and done the manager then decided to say if we had checked out and checked in again they would not have charged BOTH FEES do not expect fair rates after being here multiple months. BBB would likely rate negative, it would take new owner/mngt to consider staying here again.
