Just wanted to take sometime and thank the staff for a wonderful job. Our family had their family reunion the first weekend in Aug. The staff especially Theresa were patient, kind and wonderful though the whole process. Even when some changes had to be done at the last minute. I can't thank them enough for everything. The bathrooms and cabins were super clean the whole weekend and very nice.... Just wanted to take sometime and thank the staff for a wonderful job. From the moment we arrived, the staff was rude and unwelcoming toward our group. The hostility we faced was not only unprofessional but just down right unacceptable. For a business that claims to offer hospitality and a family-friendly environment, their actions showed the opposite. No paying guests should be subjected to such treatment.
