Not a lot of kid oriented things to do and I didn’t see many kids here. Some of the people I spoke to return every year and make a reservation for next year before they leave for a specific site. Sometimes they don’t get the promised site and management said it’s in the fine print that they can move their site at management discretion. This does not make people happy.

That makes Nov 1st the last day! I debated that the last day was Nov 1st when everyone checks out but it did absolutely no good. They did not tell us at check in that would turn the water off to the campground. That is for something I would have remembered and I would have filled my fresh tank! The girl on the phone said there is a hose at the office and we can fill our tank, so they did not turn the water off to the office, only the campers. There was absolutely no reason for them to turn the campground water off a day early and then still charge full price! Just shady! We will never go back there.

Nice RV park right in the midst of Shipshewana! Some shaded lots. Gravel pads. Front row very uneven, hard to get level, nice staff will help you find another site if you are unable to level your rig. The rest of the lots seem ok. Picnic tables. Weekly rates. Shelter houses, gazebo, playground. Full hook-ups, 50amp. Within walking distance of some stores. Great location to see Shipshewana... Nice RV park right in the midst of Shipshewana!
