Emerson Bay State Recreation Area Campground

Very nice campground with clean restrooms and single stall showers. We enjoyed ourselves immensely, despite the flood-like 11” rains on Friday. Our spot, closest to the lake and on the bottom of the hill flooded a bit with rainwater when the rain was pouring, but had drained very swiftly as soon as the torrential rains slowed down. While the ground remained a little damp, it was not muddy at all.... Very nice campground with clean restrooms and single stall showers. We just spent a night here in our trailer! This is a very neat, clean camping area. We stayed at Site 8. It was a level, gravel, back-in site with a view of the lake! The sites were fairly spacious. Since we were there mid-week, it was very quiet! I used the restroom next to the dump station and it was fairly clean. There is a small playground with a few swings, but it could use some sprucin... We just spent a night here in our trailer! This is a very neat, clean camping area. We stayed at Site 8. It was a level, gravel, back-in site with a view of the lake! The sites were fairly spacious.
