Understand that this is true survival camping. Don't expect amenities--you won't even have cell service. That being said... It's one of the most beautiful spots I've ever visited. The trees are hundreds of years old, the bluff is incredible from a geology standpoint, and the river is cold and clean. I would live there if I could. If you visit, please respect nature! Jerome supplied us w/firewood so we did not have to carry. You will need to watch for the cow pies in the campsite area because the cows do walk through on their way back to the barn late in the afternoon. There...
