Didn't stay at the campground but did explore trails during the off season. The exterior loop is about 1.5m of mowed trail for horseback or hikers. Pit toilets are open year round because...there are no doors.

I didn't camp, but was a nice looking campground. Recent rains provided a major boost to the mosquito population. The privy situation was pretty rustic, otherwise would've provided a higher rating. It's a quiet setting and would like to go back and check out the trails.

Beautiful rugged landscapes, a variety of wildlife, and plenty of short trails to run your dogs on.
