If I could go zero I would. Apparently they installed some gate 2 weeks ago, never gave us a code. And won't answer their phones. No directions about any of this in the email. Absolute failure. We drove 6 hours. We're staying next-door at the corps campground. The gentleman there is super nice and very helpful. Edit: got a hold of a higher-up he proceeded to talk over me and tell me what he was going to do. He talked over me at least 3 times, when I told him he needed to stop, he hung up.

Nice place. The staff is so friendly. I do wish they had picnic tables on the lower level sites. It's $59 a night so a picnic table should be included. Other than that nice time.

This is one of the nicest spots on Milford Lake. Thunderbird Marina done a good job at improving all of the campsites. There is never a dull moment at T Bird.

My wife and a rented a season-long spot for our camper for the first time this year. We have been very happy. I am super impressed with the renovations to the marina store and restaurant; and especially the staff at both. I have been told that there are upgrades coming to the campground itself during the next season, which will enhance the facility even more. I would only make two recommendation... I would only make two recommendations, neither of which should discourage anyone from staying but would only add to the existing excellence: 1) sand the beach better and 2) pave all the gravel roads. It is a very family-friendly place!

Grounds are beautiful , having said that the communication is very poor . Not a lot of instructions when checking with our RV in. When we made the Reservations they said we were lakeside…. Well we can see the lake . The 2 working the office didn’t know much .. we had to ask for directions to our campsite or a map which is poorly made , anyone Driving a big Rv and towing a car knows it can be challenging and not have clear instructions was bummer . When we asked if there was Wi_Fi they said yes but didn’t know it and to go ask the host ! When we did get to our site only to find a car parked in it ! The host did come out and apologize he told my husband it was one of his workers! They moved the car we got parked . While my husband was connecting the hook ups because we were told full hookups I did what I was told to do and go to the camp host/ manager and ask for the Wi-Fi code .When I got back my husband informed me that we will have on water !the sewer was on one side close to the road and the water was on the other side up front!!!So back to the manager.he was kind enough to lend us a hose to attach to our hose , thank god there was no one next to us so we could use that water hook up otherwise we would of had to have it go under the RV , We have been all over the Country and we have nerve seen the sewer and water on opposite sides and so far apart. Having said that as I said it’s a really pretty place and if you know all the Quirks and keep really Long houses
