The Visitor Center, Museum, and Reconstructed Barracks are currently open 5-days a week, Wednesday through Sunday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The Reconstructed Barracks features the award-winning Network to Freedom and Soldiers Exhibit.

A very nice visitor center, the rangers were helpful and knowledgeable as you would expect. The monument itself is a bit underwhelming as it is mostly markers pointing out what used to be there. There are some interesting artifacts, and the White House is currently undergoing renovations.
