We look forward to returning. We stayed in Lola, the bus. It was a very cool experience. I look forward to returning with my kids. John is an amazing host. They are also LGBTQ+ friendly.

We stayed in the school bus, Lola, with our little kids. It was surprisingly more spacious than expected, and the extra comforts made for a better camping experience. And there's a relatively large fridge in the bus now too. The campsite has a grill, available firewood, and a nice firepit area, as well as a picnic table. A small fishing pond is up the hill, though we did not end up fishing this time. We did not do much hiking, but all the trails looked enticing. We did go to the boat ramp down the street, and the lake looked perfect. You do need water shoes though, because those little rocks look sharp. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, and my kiddos are already planning for the next time we stay in the bus.

The owners John & Ginger, are amazing. Glamping tent with charging stations on platform with back porch rockers was fabulous! Super clean and comfortable but close to gathering spots, and other options include lodge rooms, tent or camping: will suit many types of folks and families. Highly recommend.

Such a cute little winery! We have passed the sign for this vineyard for years and never had a chance to stop by. We finally got to last year and I’m so glad we did.
