What a nice little cozy campground. We're full time travelers. And we're used to hearing dogs bark throughout the campground. Was a nice change hearing all the horses talking. So quite. Plenty of places to walk around, and take on the sights. We're here at the end of October. I'm from Florida. So I'm loving the leave change. Our site didn't have a bear box. But we weren't leaving anything out. We... What a nice little cozy campground. We're full time travelers. And we're used to hearing dogs bark throughout the campground. Neat campground! Small and easy to find. The site we had was pretty private, #1. It is a horse campground which was fun. We didn't have horses, our cats enjoyed seeing them lol on the perimeter trail.

Beautiful and quiet. No host or envelope to show our reservation too. Campsite was full of horse poop by picnic table. Bathrooms cleans, site very unlevel for our 22 ft . Trailer.

Beautiful area! We were there in late October into November and the colors of the trees were stunning. It was empty during the week and almost full on the weekend. This campground caters mostly to the equestrian, which one might consider before reserving a stay here. In warmer weather there are a ton of flies, which one can expect anywhere there's horses and manure. But it was a peaceful stay none... Beautiful area! Clean and well kept. New picnic tables and bear safe storage containers were appreciated. Due to the recent storms there were a lot of trees down on the trails. Even though there had been a lot of rain the trails were nice. I wish they would not put the larger rocks on the trails for erosion control. Horses don't like them on their feet.
