We stopped by and met Tori, who went out of her way to show us Campers, some that weren't on our list, but she saw what we were looking for and showed us the one we will be getting. Jump forward several months and we called her while we were looking for a class c, which we decided to get before replacing our 5th wheel. Tori and her family jumped through hoops to find the one we had been looking at on line, and found it for us. This was all just before their Christmas break. The entire staff at Arrowhead worked to get the East to West Entrada delivered from out of state, and got it checked and cleaned so we could take delivery on their last day open before Christmas. It is such a pleasure to work with such professional individuals who still put customer service and satisfaction above all. Arrowhead definitely does this, Tori stayed in touch with us throughout the entire process, and even saved us a substantial amount from what we had seen this same model advertised for at other dealers. She worked with our credit union to ensure every part of the process was seamless and painless. If ANYONE is looking for a RV Arrowhead Campers is definitely where I would go to. They treat you right and their professionalism can not be matched. We will be back when we go to replace our 5th wheel.

I can’t stress how helpful this is as it’s an information overload especially when someone is new to the RV world. I will be able to refer to this video in the months and years ahead and it is great start to learning important things specific to my RV, as opposed to simply general RV information. They are a family run business that seems to truly have their customers interest at heart, and I am so grateful that I came across them. I highly recommend Arrowhead!
