We arrived very late on a roadtrip and were still greeted warmly! The room was impeccably clean and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the woods. It was one of the most affordable places we stayed despite the high quality of accommodations. We ate lunch at the restaurant buffet, which was outstanding and well worth $19 for Sunday lunch. All the staff were excellent. We really appreciated the recommendation for a quick hike around the natural bridge too! Thanks for giving us a wonderful stay!

Very nice park! We toured X cave and Cascade cave and both were super cool. My kids came in a little nervous about caves and skittish about bats but after seeing many hibernating bats up close they now think they’re super cute and harmless. Our tour guides were great and all the facilities were quite nice. Would love come explore in the summer and camp! Such cool geology and nature here!

The service at the Welcome Center is off. We got ready for a cave tour and the cashier made us buy flashlights for $18 EACH. We went through all the rules yada yada. The dollar store kind of flashlights fyi. She sends us to the next lady who is super busy talking to a coworker and annoyed by us even being there and interrupting her and her friend talking, informs us they are NOT doing tours today.... These woman weren't even 5 feet apart and one didn't know they were closed? We had already been forced to overpay for flashlights. Not a few dollars either. This was lunchtime, not morning. She said "You can go to a bridge, it feels like a cave!" It's was in the tone of you can go to hell, stop bothering us. We ask if the restaurant is open, they say yes. Out in the parking lot, other customers were as shocked as we were by the lack of service and their communication. So we head on up to the restaurant. Its closed. At this point I am seriously regretting choosing to drive here in the first place. If it ain't closed, there's a rude worker coming to chase you off. Like you should just know everything here randomly closes (no its not listed on their website or signage) That was our 1st and last visit. The grounds are beautiful, the service is ugly.

Great setting in a State Park. I have never seen a State Park with a motel. Only 10-15 minutes off the interstate. Well worth the drive. Found on Expedia. There seemed to be a black Friday special. Had a great stay at the Inn with my wife recently. For the price, I expected the room to be terrible. It was much nicer than expected. Every staff member we met was very friendly. The food at the restaurant was great. We will be back for another stay in the summer.

A little more than we like paying per night. We just camp in tents. On the other hand, it's very nice campground. We fished quietly till 4 am and caught this guy. Had my kids with us and they had a blast. Thank you very much Beach Fork Campground. Facilities were clean and everything works.

Good, clean spots with great views or shaded privacy available. Our spot was more of shaded privacy. The amenities here are great. However we had electric only service. (30amp/110v service only). A added bonus that isn't listed in other places is WiFi ( it gets congested quickly). But early morning or mid day you can stream just fine. Tons of WiFi nodes all over. The State Park could easily just crack down on most of my complaints since most of them are rules already. 1. Kids and E-Bikes, older kids like 13-16 are terrorizing the camping areas (unlined roads) these kids are doing 20+MPH and not paying attention. They continue even at dusk/dark. The worst offenders don't even run headlights and continue to speed at night. 2. Trash burners, we had a family move into the space next to ours and within the hour the were burning a large black bag of trash. 3. Get rid of the golf carts or at least make it so only adults can drive. I had many times where if I wasn't paying close attention they would have run me over walking to the bath house.

We love our stays here! We’ve stayed in the four coves both times because of our toddler, it’s nice to have the park near by. (There are several playgrounds) The bath houses are always so clean and a short walk. The campground is always so well maintained, even when it looks quite busy it’s still very quiet at night. We will definitely be back again!

This is one of the best campgrounds I have ever been to. The sites are a nice size. They have nice trails and summer activities for the children. They have a camp store and a game room where the office is located. The only downfall is that there is limited full hookup sites and those sites are on top of each other. They recently added more water sites to Moxley which is nice. The rest of the sites... This is one of the best campgrounds I have ever been to. The sites are a nice size. The rest of the sites is electric only but still nice sites with lots of waterfront sites. Staff is amazing. Before I end, a little advice, do not feed the geese. They are everywhere and they will hangout at wherever they are fed. I have spent a good hour just cleaning up after them before I could set up camp. I wish half of them would migrate elsewhere. I forgot to mention that beechfork also has a public pool. Campers still have to pay full price for pool entry. I think that should be changed to where campers only have to pay half to get into the pool. Beechfork is my #1 campground.
