This campground is awesome in all ways! It’s right off the interstate but behind some gas stations and in walking distance of a Mexican restaurant. Our dog loved it and so did we!

Beware the lack of system and info at this campground. Recently made a reservation for 2 months (March & April), which had to be cancelled due to work reasons. We called to cancel and were told the $100 deposit is non-refundable. They only email reservation info if you request it, which we did not, so we don't know what the email might list on cancellations. Their website has no information on cancellations. They simply responded deposits are non-refundable and this was stated at the time of reservation. Even if this was the case, there should be a posted cancellation policy. Do not recommend this park.

Super friendly veteran greeted us and assigned our site, then led us over to it and made sure we were ok. A tad low in front but the levelers compensated. Water and sewer convenient and ok. Power was a little sketchy as the breaker on the power pole tripped a couple times during our stay (1st time in years). The guy across the street had more serious issues with an open ground on the campground feed. Had some annoying neighbors for the first day there, but they left and other folks were fine. A little pricey ($52/night) for being almost an hour north of Nashville. Overall, despite the neighbor issues and high price, we would stay here again. Entrance is a bit tricky – turn in like you are going to the One Nine gas station, then make a jog to the right and then quickly to the left and go onto the small street to the right, and NOT adjacent to the Cat scale, further right.

We broke up our trip from Florida to the Chicago suburbs and this place is fantastic. Easy access, incredible, friendly people, and spotless facilities. We got there after hours and Hank, one of the owners, took us right to our lot made sure everything was hooked up correctly. I could not ask for more.

Location is right off I-65! Jim is so nice and accommodating, he got us booked over the phone and was so helpful. Upon arrival we checked it and bought wood and ice at the house. Tent sites are “Deluxe” meaning you have a small pavilion with a built in light and a very nice gravel pad for your tent. Fire pit and picnic table included. Mexican restaurant across the field, Jim mows a path!! 10/10 we... Location is right off I-65! Jim is so nice and accommodating, he got us booked over the phone and was so helpful.
