We arrived very late on a roadtrip and were still greeted warmly! The room was impeccably clean and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the woods. You can tell the lodge is well-built with high-quality finishes. The coffee provided in the room was also excellent. It was one of the most affordable places we stayed despite the high quality of accommodations. We ate lunch at the restaurant buffet,... All the staff were excellent. We really appreciated the recommendation for a quick hike around the natural bridge too! Thanks for giving us a wonderful stay!

Very nice park! We toured X cave and Cascade cave and both were super cool. My kids came in a little nervous about caves and skittish about bats but after seeing many hibernating bats up close they now think they’re super cute and harmless. Our tour guides were great and all the facilities were quite nice. Would love come explore in the summer and camp! Such cool geology and nature here!

The service at the Welcome Center is off. We got ready for a cave tour and the cashier made us buy flashlights for $18 EACH. We went through all the rules yada yada. The dollar store kind of flashlights fyi. She sends us to the next lady who is super busy talking to a coworker and annoyed by us even being there and interrupting her and her friend talking, informs us they are NOT doing tours today.... These woman weren't even 5 feet apart and one didn't know they were closed? We had already been forced to overpay for flashlights. Not a few dollars either. This was lunchtime, not morning. She said "You can go to a bridge, it feels like a cave!" It's was in the tone of you can go to hell, stop bothering us. We ask if the restaurant is open, they say yes. Out in the parking lot, other customers were as shocked as we were by the lack of service and their communication. So we head on up to the restaurant. Its closed. At this point I am seriously regretting choosing to drive here in the first place. If it ain't closed, there's a rude worker coming to chase you off. Like you should just know everything here randomly closes (no its not listed on their website or signage) That was our 1st and last visit. The grounds are beautiful, the service is ugly.

Great setting in a State Park. I have never seen a State Park with a motel. Only 10-15 minutes off the interstate. Well worth the drive. Found on Expedia. There seemed to be a black Friday special. The room was very reasonable for 2025. Older facility, but well maintained and clean and the upper rooms have a balcony with 2 chairs and a table to enjoy the outdoors! Great lodge and reser... Had a great stay at the Inn with my wife recently. For the price, I expected the room to be terrible. It was much nicer than expected. Every staff member we met was very friendly. The food at the restaurant was great. We will be back for another stay in the summer.
