Everything started out great. When we called, they had a spot available for our camper right away. I mentioned up front that I planned to pay for a full month but wasn’t sure if we’d stay that long. They said if we left early, we could “work something out.” A few days later, we paid $575 for the monthly rate. However, just a few days after that, I got called to Colorado for work and let Wayne know we’d be leaving on Sunday — we had only been there nine days total. Wayne said he’d speak with the owner about refunding the unused portion. They did refund $200, but kept an extra $145, even though we were there less than two weeks. I was told I was “lucky” to get that much back because they “normally don’t do refunds.” Overall, it’s a nice and safe place to stay, but the refund policy is disappointing. If you’re not sure how long you’ll be staying, pay by the week instead of by the month so you don’t lose money if your plans change.

The park is maintained well. Great boat launch and acees to fishing the river. The sites are clean spacious, level and have great hookups. The gentlemen running the park are wonderful and very accommodating. The negatives are not anything that can be controlled by the owners of the establishment. Been living here for a couple years; great owners, chill place. Owners are always working towards making the park better. Pet friendly with a nice recreational park nearby. One of the owner's wives has a micro bakery and sells her products at the park too!

Got noise complaints 3 times was only told about the last one also, While being told; I have to be out by tomorrow. No warning and I wasn’t even told ahead of time. I had 3 weeks left on my stay too. We had to call off work for the next day wich is going to mess up our pay in order to get a new campground. I am not impressed at all! I understand the noise complaints and having to get evicted but being told abt them and getting told "you typically don't get warnings about those type of things" in the owners words. All said and done prior to all of this happening I will say...Washers and dryers open 24/7 and reallt cheap $1.50 per wash and per dry. outdoor sink if you don’t have one or if yours aren't working at the time. Bathroom with shower always comes in handy scince my camper doesn’t have either of those entities. Free Wi-Fi, water and electric! But the owner is a terrible man! I don't recommend staying here. Your right next to a factory that produces a terrible smell and view. The place down the road behind clawdaddys is a lot cheaper!
