Beach area had new grass growing in it, and it looks like someone just put sand over the top of dead grass. Hand rails on numerous walkways need replacing and painted. Benches along the beach area need same as hand rails. Screws where sticking out of benches. There was older couple riding around picking up trash and checking to see if people had there pay stubs. Not very sociable people.
