Not a "Resort" by a long shot. I'm very sorry I paid to spend a week here but I was out of options due to an ice storm once I arrived. Driving tip if you do go: If you're heading North on Hwy 171, look at the map for the spur off to the right that cuts the corner. It makes the turn way easier than the hard right Google Maps tries to force you into, which is challenging for big rigs. Also, don't be... Not a "Resort" by a long shot. It makes the turn way easier than the hard right Google Maps tries to force you into, which is challenging for big rigs. Also, don't be fooled by the first building labeled "Office"—it's empty. You have to keep driving further into the park to find the actual office. Be careful with their billing—apparently, a "week" here is only six nights. I was charged a separate daily rate for the seventh night. While the long term sites look like they have nice pads, the short-term sites are in desperate need of repair; my first concrete pad was cracked and unlevel though the manager did let me switch. The "amenities" were a joke—the lazy river was ambient temperature, the hot tub was cold. The dog park is decent sized but has no drainage and was a lake the whole week (The photo below is four days after it stopped raining.) The bathrooms and laundry room were disgusting, covered in hair, trash, dirt, and mold that obviously hasn't been cleaned in months. The manager seems more interested in smoking and throwing butts on the ground than keeping the property looking nice. It’s fine for a desperate one-night stop off I-10, but definitely don't be misled by the "resort" label. We won't be back.

Nice level sites paved driveways, maintained grass between sites well lit areas plenty of places to walk your dog several dumpsters. Staff is courteous, polite. We stayed in a 38’ class A and had room for our pickup truck.

This is a lovely, spacious park. It is well maintained, clean and has everything you need for a long or short stay. I don't recall meeting any staff but they got us in for a night and our stay was what we wanted, so we are happy.

Wow! What a great find. This park has wide roads so with our 45’ class A MH and tow vehicle, which puts us at 70’ total, we had no problem getting around. Rusty hooked us up and we were beyond surprised. This park is unique and just fun to look at all the cool things everywhere. Price is reasonable. Rusty, we will be back and stay much longer. Thank you for helping us when we had a medical emergen... Wow! What a great find. Great camp ground. Spots are large and clean. Everything is well kept and dog park is huge! The owner is super nice as well and quiet times were adhered to making for a good nights sleep. One note - each site has a light which is great for walking around but you will want to block your windows to sleep if you are light sensitive.
