It's a nice and quiet place to stay. On-site laundry room for renters only and on site rooms for bathing for renters.

The only issue i have with this place is the roaches in the bathrooms and rhe roaches in the cable boxes. They keep it clean but they need to learn how to keep roaches at bay i know its inevitable when it comes to a camper park bc u have nasty ppl coming and going. Bc the bathrooms and the lawn both very clean but i do see roaches here and there and the cable boxes are infested

Very convenient, very quite. Bath house and laundry room had roaches and has had since I moved in which was in August. The showers are ok but make sure u take bleach with u and clean before showering. If u don't have bugs u will when u leave. They have different rules depending on different ppl. It's all on who u are as to what rules u get. There's not enough lighting outside at night and the owne... Very convenient, very quite.
