No problems finding or getting into the park—you can see it from the interstate. R Journey handles their reservations. They were helpful and polite. The couple working Check-in were also very friendly and escorted us to our wide, flat concrete pull-through site. Hookups were good with good water pressure and stable power. Didn’t checkout the amenities which included a bathhouse, laundry and playground. We paid $54.20 ($34.20 for the site and a $20 booking fee). They took my Good Sam number as well. Highly recommend for an overnight stay in the Lake Charles area.

We stopped for 1 night as we passed through the area. The sites are paved, level, and utilities were conveniently placed with 2 location options for sewer. The restrooms are a trailer with 3 steps to get into, but they are nice & clean. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The phone number is to the corporate owner. About $65 for the night in a pull through so we did not need to unhook.

(Wish is refreshing.) We were fortunate to come across this campground our very first time cross country in our new 40 ft class A several years ago. The lay out is big rig friendly, the sites are large and flat. East to get here from the interstate. Clean restrooms, a small swing-set for children, and a fenced dog area. They sell propane. Very nice staff and close enough to some pretty decent places to eat. Always a win.

The manager is very nice. Easy on and off the interstate. This is a clean park with paved streets and long pull through spots. No pool no shade and the most expensive laundry in the last 12 states. Well into three rolls of quarters to do three loads. Nestled between a train switching yard and an interstate. It's fine with ear plugs. It's the best in the area for big rigs.
