The cabins were nice, had a bit of a landlord special thing going on but we had little complaints about them. I wouldn't eat there, waited 20 minutes at the restaurant to be served, waited another 20 minutes and the food was mid. Fries and sauce were good but pizza was not good. People who work there were very nice for the most part. Location is nice, loved to spend time on the lake and is close t... I feel like the prices are too crazy for what we received but it is what it is.

Booked a campsite and ended up switching it because not many people were staying in the campground (late September). Staff were cool with us being more remote as we didn't mind walking. Wifi was great at the store. Awesome trip for my son's 18th birthday!

I've stayed in the lakeside cabins a couple times and a tent site. Although I haven't stayed at The Big Moose Inn, I have been inside and its very nice. (Don't expect the Ritz Carlton, you're in the north Maine woods).

I had a wonderful experience. I couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful Maine experience in the North Woods near Baxter (BSP). Staff were kind, warm, and open with suggestions of day hikes, food, and outdoor experiences. I almost rented a suite and didn’t rent a room, but I’m glad I did. The shared bathrooms were okay. It worked out better for my wallet. 😊I was grateful for a fan & air conditio... I had a wonderful experience.
