We stayed for my Birthday and it was so peaceful and quiet, exactly what we were looking for!! They offer weekend activities and we were there during Spooky Season; the park was tastefully decorated and festive for Fall, they even had a Haunted Trail for those looking for activities without even needing to leave the campground. They offer weekend activities and we were there during Spooky Season; the park was tastefully decorated and festive for Fall, they even had a Haunted Trail for those looking for activities without even needing to leave the campground. The store had everything we needed during our stay and we even had the option of a light menu for things like pizza and ice cream right there on site. We would absolutely go back!

We stayed in cabin 4 which was eclipse, one of the luxurious cabins. They had everything we would need and more! Loved the safety feeling of staying up here. Which is rare in the deep woods. A minor detail that we noticed was under the bed was a cup and someone else’s underwear. Also spider webs up in the corners of the bathroom, we didn’t mind it but there is some people who would. My boyfriend and I travelled up here to Maine from the Ohio/Pennsylvania area. This campground was beautiful, well kept, great facilities (shower houses, pools, hot tubs etc.) well kept in every aspect. Friendly staff. Overall an awesome experience. Only complaint, the internet was very patchy, slow, and sometimes just didn’t work. But, the rest of the experience made up for it. Thank you for your... I’m reading the negative reviews and have to laugh; you people should probably give up the RV life and stay home. I couldn’t possibly find one neg... After a 6-hour drive, we were greeted at registration by a staff member yelling at us to move our rig over — not exactly the welcome you’d hope for. Inside, check-in felt more like signing policies than being welcomed as a guest. The site itself was very difficult to level, and when we asked about changing spots, we ran into the same issue. On our last night, we had friends visit. They charged $... After a 6-hour drive, we were greeted at registration by a staff member yelling at us to move our rig over — not exactly the welcome you’d hope for. Inside, check-in felt more like signing policies than being welcomed as a guest. The site itself was very difficult to level, and when we asked about changing spots, we ran into the same issue. On our last night, we had friends visit. They charged $6 per person, which was fine, but then another staff member came by (in a less-than-friendly manner) demanding a car be moved to a distant lot, despite several empty sites nearby. Later that same evening, at 10 PM, the same person came back again and told everyone to leave, again in a rude tone. Between the poor customer service and unfriendly atmosphere, this was not an enjoyable stay. With so many campgrounds in the area, we won’t be back.
