This is a very impressive place. The campus has a ton of buildings. The history in the Quillen building is great to see. The food court was great. Food options were good for adults & kids. The rooms are a little basic and out dated but we weren't there for the room. Beach access is excellent and the beach was beautiful.

I stayed here in April 2025 for a retreat and it was lovely. Gorgeous beachfront property, very friendly staff, & clean, inexpensive accommodations. I haven’t come back for any of their other programming but I hope to!

This beach is open to dogs all day long on leash however, if they like to swim and come when called you can let them off. We were staying in old orchard beach but took our dogs here swimming daily during our vacation. Low tide is amazing because it is so low and there is so much room for you and them to run and wade.

Beautiful place with wonderful people. There are some really nice shells that can be found at night on the beach. Seems to occasionally have a seaweed invasion in certain spots but that is to be expected on the coast!

Easter brunch was unfortunately such a disappointment for us. The people working there were very friendly and the property is amazing and beautiful. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but we paid $90 for this brunch and had to drive 2 hours for it. Upon arriving to the cafeteria and finding our seats at a table with other people we didn't know, which was unexpected and a bit awkward, we tried to figure out how to get in the line for the food. It was pretty chaotic, and packed in. Once people were seated, there was not enough room to move around, you have to go through a bit of a maze to get anywhere. Also, the drinks were clear across the room from the food, and the quiche was all alone by itself over in the wine area, so you got to tour the entire place before you sat down. It was a very small buffet. I attached the menu that was on Facebook, but honestly can't say it was all there. I don't remember seeing turkey pie, cookies and brownies, blueberry cobbler, pineapple upside down cake, or carrot cake. On the right, there was breakfast - bacon and sausage (bacon was the 2nd best think they had and the sausage was cold), scrambled eggs, blueberry pancakes (also cold), very dried up baked beans, biscuits and gravy, stuffed mushrooms and another couple unusual things (see menu). The biscuits were hard as a rock and the sausage gravy was unusual to me, having sliced sausage in it. On the left, I was looking for the Easter dinner stuff. The only thing I found that brought me back to Easter was the pre-sliced ham. There was no ham or roast beef being sliced fresh, and we were really hoping for mashed potatoes and corn, which are practically requirements with ham on Easter. However, the ham was very good. They had a toaster on the counter, but no bread. They did have an omelet station, which the people at our table were waiting quite a bit for, so my son asked that guy if they had toast. He said I can make you some. So my son sat down and got his little eggs all set up with ketchup on them and waited patiently. Do you think he ever got toast? He eventually gave up and ate his eggs, meanwhile the guy saw him and said "I'm working on that" but it still never came. We ended up going through the line one time and had 2 small cups of juice for $90.
