Our first time coming to Maine. Campground is easy to get too. Very clean and well maintained property. Bathrooms, showers, are beautiful. Swimming pools and laundry facilities are also very nice and clean. The staff are very friendly and kind. Can’t wait to come back.

We’ve traveled all over the country and this is one of the best campgrounds! Clean, spacious, well kept grounds, various sections for seasonal and transitional campers, friendly staff and a variety of common areas for kids/adults. Quiet and comfortable. Spent 4 nights here as our annual getaway with our grandsons. The facility it beautiful .so much to do and staff we meet with were very helpful and curious. Trolly trip to pretty much anything you would wanna do. Lots of other options on close beaches to go to besides Old Orchard as well. Perfect stay. We will definitely be returning next year as boys loved it as well. ( ages 6 & 10)

After a 6-hour drive, we were greeted at registration by a staff member yelling at us to move our rig over — not exactly the welcome you’d hope for. Inside, check-in felt more like signing policies than being welcomed as a guest. The site itself was very difficult to level, and when we asked about changing spots, we ran into the same issue. On our last night, we had friends visit. They charged $6 per person, which was fine, but then another staff member came by (in a less-than-friendly manner) demanding a car be moved to a distant lot, despite several empty sites nearby. Later that same evening, at 10 PM, the same person came back again and told everyone to leave, again in a rude tone. Between the poor customer service and unfriendly atmosphere, this was not an enjoyable stay. With so many campgrounds in the area, we won’t be back.
