Hands down our favorite campground we’ve been to. Beyond peaceful with excellent sites overlooking the water. We were caravanning through the east coast with 3 motor homes and 5 dogs. Plenty of space to walk the dogs and trash cans located at every site for quick easy cleanup.

We loved our time here back in the Summer. We had to cut our trip short so we only spent one night here but the views are magical and we absolutely hope to come back soon. Thank you Sunset Point!

Gorgeous location. I had my coffee this am overlooking the water. I watched a pair of seals hunting for fish. The water swirled and fish jumped. I saw osprey and cormorants dive and come up for fish. Two Bald eagles flew by. What a wonderful campsite. The staff are welcoming and the grounds and facilities well maintained. We're in a little campground along the Bold Coast in Harrington, which is Downeast Maine. Sunset Point Campground. It's small but has room. Owner is super nice. Quiet here, but a relatively short drive to Ellsworth or Machias for food, etc. Oceanfront along two sides, with walking trails. Full or partial hookups; we have full with 50 amps. Starlink friendly. I have a view of the water out the back... We're in a little campground along the Bold Coast in Harrington, which is Downeast Maine. Sunset Point Campground. It's small but has room. The only thing is no online presence. Got to call. Cash or check only. A little old fashioned, but that doesn't hurt anything. Want to see the real coast of Maine? This is the place.
