A great place to camp with a big group! Good facilities with attentive NPS folks maintaining them. Large walk-in fridge and good commercial sized kitchen in the dining hall, and the council ring is a great spot to gather around an open fire. Of course there are some bugs - you're in nature after all - and whatever weather conditions dictate. Pro tip: if you are the organizer, stay in the infirmary... Beautiful green location, rustic setting, mosquito netting. Perfect for informal events or retreats with lots of personal interactions. Cots have pillowed mattresses. Bring tick repellant!

Every member of the staff was helpful, kind, and informative. The office store is well stocked and organized with all kinds of souvenirs as well as other helpful and necessary items. Multiple trash bins in fairly close proximity to all lots, but we did notice a lack of pet waste/bag stations. We unfortunately didn’t stay as long as we’d have liked so we weren’t able to enjoy all the park has to offer but that is not a reflection of CH and solely on our travel plans and the cold snap that rolled through. Beautiful park, spacious with more lots to come soon. I highly recommend it if you're visiting the Washington/Baltimore area with pets.

I can not say one bad thing about this camp ground. The customer service is amazing. The lots are nice and big. The price in my opinion was way under what it could be with all of the amenities. Everything and I mean everything was clean and top notch! I wish we could have stayed for more than two days.

We loved this campground! The process of checking in and out was a breeze. The campground is laid out very well. It's super clean on the grounds and in the bathhouses. The walking trail is well maintained, as are the other amenities. We had food from the cafe that was really good, the service was quick, and the young ladies working there were very friendly and helpful. We do not have one complaint... We loved this campground! The game room is affordable and has a really cool digital payment system. There’s a very cozy family room in the clubhouse with a comfy couch and fish tanks. Several playgrounds, lots of walking and hiking, a little pond. The bathhouses are VERY clean and well maintained. The staff were all very nice and we had an amazing time.

Great RV park. Probably one of the best that we have ever stayed at. Staying at Cherry Hill allowed my family to have easy access to the DC area by means of the Metro. the RV park in itself was top-notch. Facilities were outstanding, very clean and up to date. Lots of activities provided by the RV Park which made our stay most enjoyable, espceiacally for my grandkids
