We will definitely be back. We stayed here approximately two months (from October to December 2025) while working in Wilmington, DE. Park is quiet, peaceful, and clean. It is convenient to town and nearby historic communities. Our only complaints are not having laundry service on site and not having lights in the park. You have to walk with a flashlight — it’s pitch black.

We've stayed here twice, we really love it. The location is nice since it's close to Elkton, state park etc The only downfall is, if you're not a seasonal camper, you get shoved to the area that is not near a bathhouse. Just near disgusting porta potties. Since there's no direct hookup either, you're very limited. Otherwise very nice campground.

I stayed there this past weekend and paid for firewood and never used it and went to return it in the bag that it came in and they wouldn't reimburse for the firewood that I never used. So now I'm out $70 if not more due to circumstances I couldn't control. I would probably stay there again but will make a last minute reservation as that was a lot of money stolen from me as I live on a fixed income.
