Lee is popular during peak season. Reserve 2-4 weeks in advance for weekends and holidays.
Most parks have check-in after 1:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Call ahead if you'll arrive late.
Massachusetts weather can change quickly. Pack layers and check the forecast for Lee.
Don't miss local attractions near Lee. Ask the camp host for hidden gems and trails.

Let me start this off with I completely understand this was the last open weekend for this campground but that does not excuse the issues we have ran into. We have a pull through site in the front lot area. We have consistently had cars FLYING by our site coming from the cabin area above our lot and headed to the exit or coming the entrance and headed up to the cabin area. I’m not joking at least... I’m not joking at least 30 mph like it was the main road. I brought this concern up the lady at the office and got nothing bad attitude from this lady about what’s my proof and to my knowledge did absolutely nothing about the situation. We have two very young kids and that is very unacceptable and awful customer service. Later I decided we wanted to have a fire so I went to purchase two bundles of firewood, not only was I disgusted to find out one bundle of literally kindling instead of decent chunks of split wood. Also their computers weren’t working for checkout and this same lady was giving her coworker a very hard time because he couldn’t. Figure it out. Not very impressed at all with our first experience at this campground and likely won’t return due to it. The facility was definitely nice and playgrounds were apart nice but when you pay as much as these parks charge your least you good get is quality service and not get treated in that manner

Our family looks forward to Halloween Weekend at Jellystone Cranberry Acres every October, and it never disappoints. The golf cart decorating contest and parade, the site decorating contest, trick-or-treating, and the helicopter candy drop are always a hit. The staff keeps things fun, organized, and welcoming, and it’s become a tradition we all look forward to every year. Highly recommend for fami... I stayed here for the first time in the Fall of 2025. The park was clean and massive. Other than check-in no interaction with employees. Was amazed they would want to charge me $24 if I lost a wrist band. The pool area was great but I would not want to be there at the height of the summer when full of kids. The only real issue I had was the septic placement. I have a 33ft trailer with the dump... I stayed here for the first time in the Fall of 2025. The park was clean and massive. The pool area was great but I would not want to be there at the height of the summer when full of kids. The only real issue I had was the septic placement. I have a 33ft trailer with the dump valves in the back. On blueberry and Ryan roads the 400 sites all have the septic close to the front. You either need 20+ feet of hose or pull more to the front and lose parking room.

I give it a four because yes, we had the best time and we can’t wait to come back but unfortunately, the cabin we got was not what they advertise on their website and advertises that there’s an AC unit in the living space and then the main bedroom we do not have one in the main bedroom and the one in the main living space barely kept anything cool. It was like a sauna, but the main bedroom my husband and I couldn’t even sleep in because it was just so hot and humid. We ended up just closing the door off because the heat from that room was just coming out into the living space and we were having a hard time keeping that cool so we had to sleep on a futon for our kids got the rooms that were near the AC And speaking to friends that had gone prior. They said their cabins were cold. They had an AC in the bedroom and in the living space and it was great and yes, we weren’t in there often. That’s why I gave it a four because it didn’t really matter during the day it mattered at night when we were trying to go to bed and everyone was super hot my husband and I had to sleep on this little futon. It just wasn’t comfortable And it wasn’t what was advertised on their website, but the amenities the pool splash area all the activities amazing the kids were always busy. Had something to do. We’re already planning our next trip. Hopefully we have an AC in more than one room in that entire cabin people were bringing in portable AC units so I’m assuming we weren’t the only ones with that issue But overall it was a great experience. We had a blast. We made the most of it and I can’t wait to go back. It did not determine me or my family. I’m going back. It was just uncomfortable sleeping so there wasn’t much sleep. That was had.

But just like other J.S. locations we have been to, the water zone and pool were awesome along with all of the activities - a lot to keep everyone busy! Very kid and family focused. I agree with others who have commented on the lack of natural shade. Our cabin and site was very clean upon arrival and in good shape. I do think that this was one of the "less rowdy" campgrounds we've visited, so that was also a plus. We did an easy day-trip to Plymouth, which was fun to be out by the water and explore some history of the area. Definitely recommend!

The office lady was super sweet! I wish it was a little closer to the ocean but it still was beautiful! Lots of sea sponges! And the 5 mile long beach was awesome!

Even delivered my Amazon packages. The location is less than a mile from Salisbury beach where they have live music and fireworks every Saturday night. Lots of carnival style restaurants and a great ocean view high end restaurant called Sea Class. Reservations recommended for a window seat. The neighboring town of Newberry port is full of fine dining and shops to enjoy just 20 minutes away. We highly recommend Beach Rose and will be returning

We stayed at this campground going up to Maine and on the return trip. Staff is very friendly and helpful. At check in they provide great lists of resturants, things to do, and local vets. Our dogs LOVED their dog park. Lots of space for them to roam and big trees for nice shade. The campsites are very close together but they assist with guiding you to your campsite and helping you back in.
