We had a 5-day wedding weekend at Camp Pinewood earlier this year and I cannot say enough good things about the whole experience. Camp Pinewood was perfect for an event like ours. 100 out of our 155 wedding guests stayed onsite for the weekend and we did everything from field day events to canoe races and bonfires leading up to our wedding day. Camp staff were amazing at setting up and running act... We had a 5-day wedding weekend at Camp Pinewood earlier this year and I cannot say enough good things about the whole experience. Camp staff were amazing at setting up and running activities like archery, rock climbing, boating and swimming. They were also so helpful in keeping the camp clean and organized throughout the weekend. We did run into a couple of logistical issues prior to the weekend starting but Mila and Kori were very receptive to our concerns and helped us work through everything. I cannot say enough good things about Camp Pinewood, the staff and hosting an event there!

The staff was amazing to work with and made us and our guests feel so welcome and at ease. Leading up to the event, they answered our many questions quickly and helped us figure out logistics. During the event they were there for anything we or our guests needed, and helped coordinate the schedule, vendors, etc. By the end of the wedding we felt like part of one big family. We made so many great memories and we can't wait to go back to celebrate anniversaries! I can't recommend Camp Pinewood enough!

This amazing team hosted our October wedding, and it was PERFECT. Our guests loved being able to stay in the cabins, which were warm and cozy (but bring a flashlight for your hikes outside, it gets real dark!), and the activities the day of the wedding were an absolute hit. We have so many fun photos and videos of our friends and family climbing and zip lining and shooting arrows, and the YMCA tea... This amazing team hosted our October wedding, and it was PERFECT. The chapel was GORGEOUS (I definitely recommend mid-October if you want the most stunning backdrop of fall colors), and the Butler Lodge was the perfect place for dinner and dancing. Breakfast in the mornings was easy and tasty. This wedding was better than I could have ever dreamed, and it’s very much thanks to YMCA Camp Pinewood and their lovely, friendly, hard working staff!

We did not do any of the camp activities during the weekend (not enough time) but we did have the camp provide our rehearsal dinner, s’mores, and Sunday breakfast. Both meals were good and included vegan/vegetarian options. They built one of the best campfires I’ve ever seen for our s’mores! Overall, the experience was incredible and more than I could have ever hoped for. I hope we can come back to celebrate an anniversary in the future!
