I wish we were staying longer so we could have participated in some of the activities they offered but next time for sure! Lauren greeted us at our site as we were setting up and he was SOOO helpful and kind! We loved that he delivered firewood right to the tent since we had our card on file. Great service!!! I wish he would have accepted a tip because he deserved it for going above and beyond! Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for beautiful scenery and a fun atmosphere. We can't wait for the next trip!

This campground is very nice. It was also busy, so that told me that people really like it. The sites were spacious enough, and there's plenty of room to walk around there. The people in the office were very nice. It might be nice to have somebody guide you to your site, as the park layout is a little confusing at first. They had some kind of a food truck on the property, and we got the biggest cookies I think I've ever had! They were fantastic! The battlefield in the area is a definite must do.

The campground is nice. They had a Reinactment the weekend were there. Pretty cool. The real bathrooms were very well maintained and clean. The porta potties , I refused to even walk into. They were worse than a state fair at the end of the two weeks. The staff came around and threw toilet paper in possibly but since it was so disgusting I wouldn't know. Disappointed in staff interactions also.

Our only complaints are the removal of the ropes defining the walkway across from the office and the removal of dumpsters from the front end of the grounds. Our site, year after year, is located next to the "walkway". Numerous people were cutting through our site because it is now difficult, if nearly impossible, to know where to walk. Also, now, the only place to dispose of trash is one location all the way up by the rec hall. Still love the place, though. John & Jennifer in the office are as pleasant as can be!

We love Gettysburg and have been coming for many years, previously staying at family property. Now we can call this one of our new home away from home spots!

This is great place to camp especially if you have kids! So much to do! It is a campsite not a hotel so we stayed in our rv. Our daughter visited and really enjoyed the amenities!the staff was friendly and helpful! There are adult activities too, bingo, 50/50 fishing, swimming, putt putt golf and there was a cornhole tournament and there is a dog park for your furry children!

We started seasonal camping here 4 years ago. Chose it for the distance from home. Seasonal costs are inexpensive enough for us. Activities for kids and adults. Kareokee, bingo, beach games, wagon rides. We've met a lot of new friends here. Great place

The wristband package was a great deal!! We stayed in a cottage and our only complaint was the mattress on the pullout bed. It was very thin and cheap. The activities on Saturday were so much fun. The seasonal campers were friendly and welcoming We'll definitely be back! 🥰
