Adventure Bound West Michigan has been one of the most frustrating campgrounds I’ve ever stayed at. There is clear favoritism among the seasonal campers — rules only seem to apply to certain people, while others can do whatever they want without consequence. It’s unfair and creates an uncomfortable environment for anyone who isn’t part of the “in” group. Complaints and concerns are rarely handled... Complaints and concerns are rarely handled properly. Instead of addressing issues, management tends to brush them off. The manager, in particular, has an extremely bad attitude and treats people as if she’s above everyone else. That kind of arrogance makes it nearly impossible to have a reasonable conversation or get anything resolved. Some of the staff are also unprofessional, adding to the overall negative atmosphere. It’s a shame, because the campground itself could be enjoyable — but the poor management and lack of fairness completely ruin the experience. I would not recommend staying here unless you enjoy being treated differently depending on who you know.

This used to be a great place to take the family during special events. You could enjoy a full day of activities, then sleep well at night in a dark and quiet campground. Oh how things have changed. Quiet time starts at 1100 PM but that's not when the partying stops. It's currently 100 AM and two sights next to one another show no signs of sobering up or calling it a night. What use is quiet time... This used to be a great place to take the family during special events. You could enjoy a full day of activities, then sleep well at night in a dark and quiet campground. I've been up for 20 hours and I have no idea when these people are going to let me sleep.

This is an upgrade from what it used to be. Glad to see there was an improvement. Staff is friendly. Everyone usually follows the speed limit. Great for kids and the rest of the family. The water park is excellent! The only negative issue I had was with golf cart rental, slightly expensive. Considering buying my own for next season.

Staff is very nice and helpful. They fixed a charge on my card immediately. And I volunteer every year there for the halloween weekends. My kids love it. Fun times always. Highly recommend

We had the most lovely and fun stay here at Adventure Bound. We brought our two grandchildren and they had a ball. So much for them to do from the 3 pools to the splash pad and water slides, put put, play scape, train rides and so much more! The hospitality was top notch and a very big shout out to Rebecca Hudson for going above and beyond our expectations. You won’t be disappointed!
