My dog and I camped here in September and loved every minute of it! Beautiful sites with lots of elbow room and privacy. We had a waterside site but were still protected from the wind. Clean and safe. Highly recommend if you like falling asleep to the waves of Lake Huron and twinkling stars. Hot spot to set up a base camp and pick your hiking trips from there.

Some sites have paths that take you right out to Lake Huron. Sites 33 and 37 are pretty amazing! Lots of wood to easily collect. Many trails to check out. There were many sites available in September.

Absolutely beautiful location! We had ourselves a great time. Host was great as well. Some large sites available, as well as a lot of sites having great access to the beautiful lake. Generators were ran, but shut off during quite hours. The vault toilets were well kept. Also, there's one water pump on the campground. So put that into consideration when picking a site! 10/10 - we will be back nex... Absolutely beautiful location! We had ourselves a great time. Host was great as well. Go yearly and gets worse every year. We use to just have to pick up wrappers and drink bottles and this year we found 5-6 chunks of glass, cigarettes butts, and tons of poison ivy. Last year they didn’t fix one of the wells for the whole season till it closed for winter. And they will let the toilets fill with millions of flies before doing anything about it. Host is rude.
