My wife and I spent a night camping here camping in the field. A night camping in the field buy's you a nice quiet slice of grass, a little piece of shade depending on the time of day and a fire ring. Just be warned the Two Rivers municipal is right next door and they start work at 6am sharp on weekdays and they make noise. I plan on camping there again despite the short early wake up call.

Great location right on Lake Michigan, we had a view of the canal and lake from our spot. We enjoyed fishing right outside the camper. They are conveniently located on the walking/bike trails and just a quick walk to many businesses in town. Sites are level, green spaces, and trees with picnic tables. Scott is real helpful and easy to work with.

Very nice place, we were in Two Rivers for a softball tournament and wanted to camp close by. This place fit the bill perfectly, we wete able to walk to one of the fields our daughter played on. The sites are a little small but they have full hookups, the staff was very helpful.

I genuinely love it here, and Karen is the sweetest. She knows everyones names, story, and what kind of people they are, and doesnt have a negative or judgemental word to say about anyone. I really feel she's the backbone of this place, but then again, I haven't met the other staff, but I assume theyre just as friendly as everyone else. Everyone here has been awesome so far!

We stayed in our "tiny house on wheels" for one month. The owner Karen is very friendly and chatty, and she made us feel very welcome at her campground. All the other people we interacted with during our time here were also very friendly! As far as we could tell, the sites are all well-maintained, and everything worked properly with the electrical, water, and sewer hookups at our site. The campground is very wooded with lots of trees, which makes it nice and shady a lot of the time, but that also means more bird droppings, and during the worst storms we had quite a few things fall on our roof, but nothing caused any damage. In terms of places to walk, it's around 0.4 miles if you walk the full loop around the property, and then you can walk down Elm Ave one way about 0.5 miles before you get to the highway, and about 0.25 miles the other way before you get to the end of the road. If you need to travel to Ann Arbor, Toledo, or Detroit while staying here, it does cut down on travel time to be able to leave the campground and get right onto I-75! The bathrooms, showers, and laundry machines are conveniently located, no more than a quarter mile from the majority of sites. These facilities aren't the nicest you've ever seen, but definitely well-kept, and I appreciated the high-quality air dryers instead of paper towels! There are two washers and two dryers, which are $1.50 or $2 per cycle, quarters only. If you plan to receive mail or packages while staying here, they are all delivered to a large outdoor storage bin right in front of the office. The bin is a little broken, so the mail and packages sometimes get a little wet if it rains. There is a small bin meant for bottles and cans by the dumpster, but people seemed to ignore that sign and throw whatever in there, so unfortunately no proper recycling is happening here. We did find a recycling drop-off at the Monroe Charter Township every Wednesday though, which was good! There is a nice view of the River Raisin that runs alongside the campground, and you can pay a little extra for a site right on the water with a dock. It's too bad that the Monroe Power Plant is so close and visible, but at least it's all the way across on the other side of the river. The noise from the highway, nearby trains, and power plant operation was noticeable, but minimal enough that it didn't bother us at all. Thank you so much to Karen, the other staff, and all the other welcoming residents for such a nice stay here. We would certainly recommend it!

Smaller bath house with showers and a laundry. Helpful staff guided me into my spot. A variety of rigs here from older to new huge units, with a few needing some attention, as is typical of older, mostly seasonal campgrounds. Nice, larger waterfront sites available under the shade of mature cottonwood trees. Easy access to interstate. Not the modern manicured mega-camp, and fewer amenities, but a great view of the turning basin, and we prefer the older shaded camps with a view. You may need longer cables and water hoses depending on site. Didn't see any big ships but we're told they come into port Monroe.

Boat docks are conveniently situated around the perimeter. There is a nice, deep, boat launch. There are central bathrooms including laundry. The Manager Karen, is competent and supportive. It is a friendly place. The campground location at the riverbank is opposite two large industrial plants, there are noises emanating from there, but those are generally not disruptive at night. Restaurants and shopping are located within short driving distance, a freeway access is closer than one mile. We enjoyed our stay there very much - the marina is a Mecca for fishermen that return with great catches from Lake Erie, many folks come for the fishing experience. We highly recommend this park and will return.
