I came for a week, but have extended my stay to take advantage of the low monthly rate. Pat is the owner and host, and she is very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend it.

We loved staying here!! Leaving was hard, lol. Our host was so kind and helpful. (She even brought me a fresh tomato from the garden when we arrived!) She went above and beyond to make our stay terrific. We had FHU and lots of room on both sides. It was quiet and close to a few towns/stores. We had really great neighbors. This location I believe is located in a mobile park, but it has great spots to camp.

The elderly lady who seems to run the joint seems nice on the phone. She asked you a bunch of questions which you ask. Honestly, she assigns you a lot number. She goes on and on about how she has guns and stuff like that and she's just crazy and it's not a safe place to bring a family. I highly recommend nobody use this place. The woman should be institutionalized. I believe her to be racist as well. We are white but the couple next was was not and she treated them horribly. I could see why the place is failing and it's always empty and I hear she's also being sued for discrimination against two disabled vets. I hope they take the park from her
