Great place! Nice long open beach with cool rocks. Big rock piers you can walk out on. Slightly scary if you’re afraid of heights but safe feeling suspension bridge. Nice trail to rainbow falls with access to walk along the rocks RIGHT next to the crazy river.

It begins by starting a beautiful drive towards lake Superior from Ironwood. The park itself has nice picnic grounds. It usually has a $5 fee but on Thursdays it's free. The suspension bridge funnels you down to a nice long beach full of large trees that have drifted up onto the beach. The walk up to rainbow falls is also quite worth it, the hike is 3/4 of a mile Surrounded by beautiful trees alon... It begins by starting a beautiful drive towards lake Superior from Ironwood. Awesome beach to visit and search for that special Agate rock! Lots of timber had been washed up onto the beach, so we saw little huts built everywhere. It was worth the visit with my wife and furry son!🙂

The waterfalls are beautiful, and the lakefront shows the power of the great lake with numerous logs and driftwood. We even found some cool rocks. Neat place to visit!
