I actually hate to write this review because it will draw more people here, but here it goes. Duck creek is a really great place for families and people to gather. Everyone is so nice and the facility is well maintained and clean. Even curbside trash pick up. I am glad they capped the amount of people that could just come in and be “guests“ of campers. Stranger danger is real. I just wish there were exceptions for elderly visiting parents or just a quick day pass for some situations. Overall. I’ll be back

Overall, this is a beautiful place to camp and/or vacation 😍... The facilities were so nice and clean, even with a full lot of campers the bathrooms were clean and the water was hot! The Waterpark was so much fun for all of our kids, from 9 months to 17 years, there was always something to do to suit your family. The atmosphere was family friendly and the scenery was great! The only reason I gave... Overall, this is a beautiful place to camp and/or vacation 😍... The facilities were so nice and clean, even with a full lot of campers the bathrooms were clean and the water was hot! The Waterpark was so much fun for all of our kids, from 9 months to 17 years, there was always something to do to suit your family. The atmosphere was family friendly and the scenery was great! The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating was because the price was higher than similar attractions like this that we've been to and their policies for a three day rental minimum with no visitors or anyone outside the family unit at the campsite, it seemed a bit absurd in real time.

You have to reserve a long way out, so when you arrive you want everything to work. I understand that things go wrong or break, but when you ask the maintenance person why the hot tub jets and the wading pool water falls isnt working, and are told that a storm knocked out the 3 phase motor that runs the pumps, and they have the motor but dont have the time to install it because of time and lack of... You have to reserve a long way out, so when you arrive you want everything to work. I understand that things go wrong or break, but when you ask the maintenance person why the hot tub jets and the wading pool water falls isnt working, and are told that a storm knocked out the 3 phase motor that runs the pumps, and they have the motor but dont have the time to install it because of time and lack of help. You would think that with the money charged to stay at Duck Creek, and the pool area not opening until 10:00 am that time could be found. All of our 4 children are 5 years old and younger, and the wading pool is there main attraction for swimming. I was also told by the maintenance person that the storm that knocked out the pump motors had happened quite a long time before our stay. Once again, lots of money taken in. Cant think the reasons I was given that the pumps were not up and running were the best excuse. / Ron Thomas .I was just able to read Duck Creeks response to my review. I will tell them that can blow smoke up someone elses chimney, not mine. Once again with all the money they take in they blame everyone else but themselves. Dont you think if you run a summer resort and make that kind of money that you would invest on having the back up pumps and parts to solve problems on hand instead of blaming others and telling people that oh, everthing else was working. Also its worth noting that some people dont go to a water park to go play inside a walled building. Back up parts on hand is just good business practice.

Everyone needs to cram in there at the same time where some people want to do the morning or evening and then you have kids you have to nap so they miss out on that as well. Also, for as much as we pay per night, it would be nice if putt putt were included as well rather than having to pay each time we play (most parks it’s free and we pay much less per night). The hours are also short which makes it crowded during those hours and some people miss playing since they may explore the beaches during that time, or at the water park part due to limited hours. For these reasons, we will not be returning to your park - unless these change. While in line waiting for the section with the slides, splash pad and lazy river, I spoke to many other guests, who were there who had the same complaints. If this changes, we will definitely be back. If you ran a report to see those who return it stay one time, you may notice more do not return — it’s a shame as it’s a great campsite but for what we pay, longer use of the amenities are expected.

I want to send extra props to the staff; water park, camp store, and the ice cream shop - all were so helpful and friendly!
