Lake Ellen, great in so many ways. Non denominational, focus is on God. Relaxing, fun, in and outdoor activities. Fun for all ages. Our 3rd visit, we will be back!

Every thing was wonderful. Staff is extraordinary. Accommodations are very nice and clean. Food well prepared. We were not expecting snow in early October. I will return!

I miss this place. I went as a kid all the time. I'm freshly and adult and I wish I could go back, I had so much fun. It was one of the best thing I got to do as a child. so glad I begged my parents to send me.

If anyone else has stayed in the Nina cabin and has a paranormal experience, you’re not alone. Our family stayed in that cabin in 2012. I woke up to a woman staring at me. I thought at first it was a hoodie hanging on the bunk bed…that my mind was tricking me. No sooner was I fully awake and questioning if someone broke into our cabin then a voice inside of my head said something I can not repeat.... I thought at first it was a hoodie hanging on the bunk bed…that my mind was tricking me. No sooner was I fully awake and questioning if someone broke into our cabin then a voice inside of my head said something I can not repeat. I screamed so loud I can’t believe no one came to our cabin to check. And she vanished like a vapor. Only recently have I heard that there is a legend about the “old hag”. What I saw not only looks identical to what people describe, but what she said aligns with the legend about her intentions. I don’t know if this happened because of the location or if it didn’t matter where we were, but with whom we were with. But it was terrifying and I’ve always wondered other campers in that cabin have seen it. 🧌
