Our campsite was in the wooded area and it was perfect! Due to being in the woods the mosquitos were horrible, we came prepared with 2 full cans of bug spray, but I did end up picking up a can of fogger to help reduce them in our camping area. I gave 4 stars due to the fact I called a couple of days before our stay to rent a golf cart so we could use it to get back and forth to the shower houses. We were doing things during the day in Wis Dells so I knew we wouldn't use it during the day just in the mornings or later at night. I should have asked about the golf cart policy when reserving but did not, once we checked in I was informed all golf carts have to be brought back to the office area at 8:30pm and can be picked up at 8:30 am the following day. If I would have known this I would have never reserved one, as we did not need it during these time frames. I asked if we could cancel the golf cart and just be refunded the money since we would not be using at the times allowed. I was told sorry no refunds. So I paid $300 for a golf cart that I only used for 2 hours the first night we were there. I guess lesson learned on not checking the golf cart policy. Overall its a very nice campground and I would stay again just not reserve a golf cart.

Even though federal law says that I don't need to prove my dog is a service animal. I only need to let them know the service he provides. When I told a staff this, they had us drive to the other side of the camp to ask a higher up. After 25 minutes, we were told no.

Pretty much everything you could ask for of a campground. Great staff, amazing veiws, and they constantly keep putting money back in on upgrades. The pond and pool are awsome and they have a nice shallow wading pool for little kids. Bathrooms are clean and you can tell they strive to have one of the nicest campgrounds around. Best near the dells in my opinion only a 5 min drive to the freeway and... Pretty much everything you could ask for of a campground. First off, the road into this place is not RV friendly. Especially for any drop bottom 5th wheels or trailers. Pot holes and tree branches hanging down all the way up. Inside the park, the roads are not big rig friendly, causing excessive twist a few times while navigating to our site. They advertise big-rig friendly, but I would say accessible, not friendly. Pot holes and tree branches hanging down all the way up. Inside the park, the roads are not big rig friendly, causing excessive twist a few times while navigating to our site. They advertise big-rig friendly, but I would say accessible, not friendly. We stayed here in our RV as it was on the Passport America site. Turns out they no longer are members and tried to not honor the PA discount when we arrived. I believe the fella working that evening was not the usual check-in rep. He seemed to be a bit uncomfortable. Tried to charge us full price even though we had an email confirming our arrival and PA membership. He presumed we would just pay and ignore our emails about membership. The kids liked the playground except for the sand. They had a rude employee ignore them and huff, when they payed to play games in the office and tried to redeem their tickets for prizes. The family agreed it would not be a place we would go back to.

Worth exploring for a few days, next time 😉
